"My latest experience at Wendy's was really good seems as if some people aren't there anymore. Breakfast customer service has improved and I returned for lunch and actually got a hot fresh cooked burger and hot fries too. The new young lady at the window was very friendly and very professional. Didn't hear all the foul talking in the background nobody and people doing nothing. I appreciate the new crew. KEEP IT UP..."

"AMAZING SERVICE. This had to be the fastest Wendy's in the planet!! The employees were very nice. I was greeted when I walked in. One employee even asked if my food was good. Then I was looking for looking for a container for ketchup but I grabbed a few ketchup packets instead and another employee said, "I'm sorry, next time you are here, there will be containers out here". This place is clean, the bathrooms are clean.... if I lived in Chapel Hill, I'd definitely bring going here again! IT IS VERY RARE TO BE TREATED SO WELL ANYWHERE! KUDOS!!! Thank you!! (This was June 20th, 2026 around 1pm- they deserve recognition!!!)"
